Welcome at forflying.com

In 2002, a scientific study*, carried out in Germany, examined the effects of long-distance flights. The results were alarming, as the physical and mental exertions of passengers as well as crew are tremendous. The results of such exertions include frequent phases of fatigue, especially during layovers, greatly diminished performance and alertness, also known as Jet-Lag.
  • Business travellers and frequent fliers are fit for meetings and negotiations even after exhausting flights.
  • Tourists don`t lose valueable time in their holidays.
  • Pilots and cabin crew members can recover in a shorter time i.g. during short layovers.
